Your first visit to our practice is about laying the foundation for our relationship with you. During that time, we will get to know you, your medical history, and why you were referred to our office. This is also your chance to ask any questions regarding your periodontal health or any dental implant procedures you may be eligible for. From there, we will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan.
